Reprogram Your Nervous System
Feldenkrais Functional Integration is a non-invasive hands-on technique designed to teach the client how to eliminate excess effort and to move more freely and easily and with less pain. The client is fully clothed and usually lying on a low, padded table. The practitioner uses gentle manipulations to help the student release unnecessary muscular tension and to better organize their movements. Feldenkrais has proven effective in helping people improve their movement when it has been impaired by illness or injury or if they simply want to move with more comfort and grace.
"Amazing results from Feldenkrais technique and Harold Tausch...personally I have experienced immediate improvement in flexibility and posture, a freedom and ease of movement, improved health and a new wellness...a magical improvement to my movement and flexibility. I highly recommend Harold Tausch." Don B.
