Lynn DoylePilates exercises encourage mindful movement, empowering a base of structural integrity, core stabilization and strength, to build confidence in movement for any level.
Lynn works to infuse all of her classes with Pilates core principles and Fascial Movement for a fluid combination to improve mobility, stability, and strength. She believes that our minds and bodies CRAVE movement and challenges to build muscle tone, and maintain joint and postural health. All her classes will be geared to a variety of exercises, mindful movements and challenges to promote overall body balance, strength and awareness. |
