​How to sign up for live, online classes through zoom  

To Join live online classes --- We encourage you to register online and at least one hour in advance of class start time. Visit www.empowerbodyconnex.com/schedule click on Sign Up, once registered, you will receive your zoom meeting information via email within the hour prior to class. OR - Register online via your MindBody account.  If you are new to MindBody, please create an account first.  Once you are logged in, view schedule then click on your class of choice.  You will be prompted to purchase the corresponding class package or apply your current passes. If you are having difficulty signing in through Mindbody, please contact us by email empowerbodyconnex@gmail.com
​Once Registered, your instructor will send a link to your online class within the hour of class start time.
