Join Kaileigh for this intimate workshop will help you blossom into the yogi you aspire to be. A strong focus on alignment and breath linked with movement, you will feel strong and confident to continue your yoga journey with a bit more understanding of a safe and proper yoga practice. Whether you’re thinking of pursuing a Yoga Teaching Training or just looking to improve your personal practice, this workshop series is for you. This progressive course builds upon the Sun Salutations and ​balancing postures focusing on proper alignment of:

Feet - Knees - Hips
Spine - Shoulders - Neck
 Each weekly session will build upon previous sessions in the series growing a stronger understanding
of alignment in a Vinyassa Flow series.

with Kaileigh if you feel anxious, depressed or just want to unwind! These workshops will kick-start your own internal abilities to relate more positively to your feelings, thoughts and emotions. A combination of slow, mindful movements, meditation and incorporated aspects of massage, these workshops will leave you feeling relaxed and ready to handle life’s challenges. 
Designed for the beginner mind, this progressive workshop series we will build upon meditation techniques learned during each session and incorporate aspects of massage into each pose to allow the mind and body to receive the full benefits of your practice. Ease into a calmer, more mindful, relaxed you.
