EMPOWER bodyconneX is located in the heart of downtown Sault Ste. Marie and currently one of the largest Pilates and Yoga centres in Northern Ontario. We have 2 studios housing 8 reformers, 6 springwalls and a multitude of small equipment to enhance, support and challenge your movement practice. |
We aim to create a welcoming, safe, non-competitive atmosphere for everyone to come and discover their true potential. We offer private or group classes, meditative sessions. Manual Therapy offered by Registered Massage Therapists.

Our Green InitiativesIt is our intention and goal to make conscious choices to minimize the negative impact to our environment. Therefore, we use only eco-friendly, low-VOC paint. We have also incorporated a low-flow plumbing system, programmable thermostat and compact florescent light fixtures to save energy. All of the cleaning products used in the studio are plant-based or non-toxic.
