Swedish techniques are the foundation of our treatments, we also offer various modalities and specializations such as; craniosacral, TMJ, reflexology for hands and feet and Pilates exercises to deepen our practice and provide integrative treatments to improve tissue health, ease of movement and improve overall well-being physically and mentally.

Emma Robinson, R. KIN is a professional Registered Kinesiologist who has a special knowledge and understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics (how the body moves), musculoskeletal injuries (ex. sprains & strains), general nutrition, ergonomics, and exercise physiology. These skills sets and abilities position Kinesiologists well to provide fitness & health evaluations and exercise prescription, general nutrition and lifestyle counselling, athletic therapy, along with manual therapy techniques. Certified with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology, Emma is a CSEP certified Personal Trainer, with a deep understanding of various injuries and conditions that you may have (or had in the past), our kinesiologist is client focused and eager to develop a training plan specific to your needs. With an added consideration of your medical history, to help you maintain and even further improve your strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and level of conditioning. All in efforts to bridge the gap between time of injury and recovery, expediting when you can jump right back to everyday activities, get to the gym or to exercise on your own.
