Your one-on-one sessions include expert instruction tailored to your individual goals and abilities. Whether you’re an athlete looking for a workout that will bring you to the next level or someone recovering from an injury we will design a program that’s specifically for you. Your ever changing workouts on the mat, using equipment such as Reformer, Springwall, Cadillac and Chair will give your body and mind the variety needed to achieve results. You will improve posture, strengthen your core, and adjust muscle imbalances and weaknesses.
Available for Pilates, Yoga and Feldenkrais sessions. Private Training is offered to 1 person. Semi-Private Training offered to 2 person or 3-4 person sessions for shared or specific needs and goals.
