Allana PlauntAllana came to yoga as many of us do, looking for calm amidst the chaos and a way to better deal with the daily stresses of life as a university student. But what started in January of 2003 as a simple way to help cope turned into a deeper understanding of who she was and who she wanted to become. Thus began her journey through self discovery via the power of yoga, learning and receiving everything each style had to offer. In 2012 Allana received her 200hr yoga teacher training in Vinyasa Flow. Allana's gentleness and compassion is always in the forefront whatever challenge she may put before herself and her students. Her classes aim to inspire strength in love and self-acceptance. She is fun, loving and honest and is forever grateful to be able to share in your journey and hopes that we all may find the serenity within discomfort that is sometimes life.
